What did they come to us for?
Initially, the main office hired us for a few occasions to help with getting their social media back on track. This also includes teaching them on how to improve their Google My Business. Some of the people we currently serve include: Tracee Lutes, Evan Buckmaster, Kate Miller, and Debbie Seifers.
What have been the biggest challenges?
The biggest challenges or asks that they’ve made is about making sure their digital footprint was easily found and then followed by existing and potential new clients. This has ranged from making sure their Google My Business listing was properly identified, they had a FB Business Page instead of running everything off their personal page, and helped to research, write, and then post good articles on Linked-In, ultimately helping them to position their brand as a real estate expert.
What are the outcomes?
In all of these cases, our company has seen positive outcome in the form of increased following, increased interactions, and lead generations. We have also seen more activity, coming in from potential buyers and sellers, who are using things such as the chat feature and direct dial features, right from their phone.
