Mid-Year Check-In: Is Your Brand Still on Track in 2025?

Published on June 9, 2025

Halfway through the year is a suitable time for an evaluation. Here is what to consider when looking at your progress.

How Close Are You to Your Goals?

First, go over your annual financial objectives. This is the ideal moment to begin making any if you have not already. The remainder of your mid-year checkup will be guided by this initial step. Make sure your goals are SMART by writing them down and then checking them again. Next, consider whether they still align with your priorities and way of life. Is it still possible to do them during the remaining time of this year? Do you still think they are significant now? If not, that is all right. Priorities might shift as life happens. It is time to modify your objectives to better suit your current circumstances. For the rest of the year, do not be scared to change or even make new goals that seem more applicable and doable. As you look over the rest of your finances, you should keep these goals in mind. They will be your yardstick for advancement.

Have You Been Smart About Your Savings?

Then turn your attention to your savings, assessing both your necessary emergency saves and your desired money. Start by concentrating on creating a healthy emergency fund as your financial safety net. Now is the time to prioritize building up your savings for the remainder of the year if you do not have enough to cover three to six months’ worth of unforeseen expenses. Next, check your savings for each of your individual financial objectives for this year. Determine your savings rate by dividing your entire income by your total savings. Are you on course to reach your financial goals for 2025?

How Are Your Debts Looking?

List all debts, including credit cards, loans, and other assets, along with the interest rates associated with each. Examine the amount of progress you have made this year in paying them off. Are you seeing the anticipated decline in your balances?

How’s Your Marketing Progress?

Start by going over the objectives you established at the start of the year again. Which benchmarks have you reached? Where have you run into problems? You can gain the clarity you need to proceed with purpose by taking the time to think back on your accomplishments and failures.
