Success Story

Client Consider It Done
Challenge

Helping people organize their lives was a passion for this owner. No move was too big. No client was too old. She had fantastic testimonials. However, Consider It Done needed to be better positioned in the market place. She was running her own social media, getting some word of mouth referrals, and started to see some return business.

The challenge became how to better present these needed services in the market place so that first-time clients understood what she can do for them while also allowing her company to become a referral tool for those working in the real estate and medical fields.

Results

The one-to-one meetings helped Consider It Done to repurpose its brand by expanding into more social media, including their own YouTube channel, creation of referral and pricing sheets, better leave behind materials, and the introduction of a secondary business that allows this owner to do some training and educational work in the world of organization.

Social Media

Everyone knows what social media is. But not everyone understands the management behind the ever-growing options of social media outlets.

Whether this be running multiple sites at the same time, making sure a time management plan is in place, or cross-platform work is connecting and feeding back to your website, today’s social media plans need to be accurate.

Success Story

Client Helping Bulls Thrive in China Shops
Challenge

When Helping Bulls was ready to launch, they realized that they served multiple niche markets.  A combination of executives, human resource decision makers, and even employees made it hard to accurately present their mission online.  To get them to thrive, it was important that the brand stayed consistent, but the messaging changed to appropriately engage each selected audience.

Results

A three-level plan that incorporated weekly blogs into Linked-In, Twitter feeds, and fresh content posted to Facebook. This included the production and boosting of vlog content and incorporated more engagement with online users.  The result saw a spike in new clients but also the growth in seminars and training with multiple invites to present at TedX around the country.

Content Creation

The website or social media is set up but seems to be missing some crucial elements to get people to stop and interact.  The audience demands strong information in short bursts.  This includes creating compelling verbiage, strong video content, and the use of the latest technologies.

Whether you’re looking to engage with your current database of users or want to present innovative ideas through a more creative platform, the genesis of any good presentation is content.

Success Story

Client Harvest Health and Rehab
Challenge

When opening their practice, Harvest Health had to address the issue of being the newest medical provider in town.  They had competitors that had been around a long time but decided to open their own location because of the more customer-centered approach to rehabbing they took. They needed the local market to understand the more compassionate side of their business and wanted to make sure that messaging was shared accurately through all marketing items.

Results

Taking a layered storytelling approach to their business, the Harvest Health website, flyers, brochures, and additional marketing items shared the story of compassionate health care while encouraging their patients to have a voice in every step of their recovery. They are currently planning a move into a larger facility because of the amount of business that has come in since the delivery of their messaging.
