I have a grounded approach to my business, which I attribute to growing up in the Midwest. Simply put, my clients are important, their needs are a priority, and their success is my ultimate goal. Trust is essential in establishing a professional relationship, and my first consultation with you will build the foundation for our trust.
Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, Indiana University seemed the perfect place to hone my business skills. After graduating with both Business and Telecommunication degrees, I took a financial position with a bank until I received an opportunity to earn my Master’s Degree from Hawaii Pacific University.
After leaving Honolulu, I started work with a small business in State College, Pennsylvania. Shortly after, I was asked to come aboard the Smeal College of Business. There I taught, mentored, and consulted for the University. I returned to Bloomington, and ultimately took a job with Ivy Tech Community College. I was then hired by the State of Indiana to work at the Small Business Development Center.
My goal with Lambert Consulting is to continue to bring community, business, and education together. You must have all three in order to be successful. My experiences have allowed me to be more in tune with my clients’ needs and how to fulfill them. Hard work, honesty, and respect is what I give to each of my clients.
